Information in this section expands, for your convenience, in plain English, how we implement the terms above. If there is any doubt, the terms above take precedence.
Due to the varying billing periods and cancellation windows of our suppliers, if you wish to cancel your service you need to give us notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Generally this is the 1st of every month but please check your most recent invoice if you are unsure.
Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to provide you with the services you request, when you initially request them. Returns are not accepted except under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All the items below are defined in our terms which you agree to as part of using our services.
Interest is charged from the day an invoice falls overdue. Interest is charged on the 1st of the month, along with a $15 admin fee. For simplicity, a new invoice will be generated containing the interest from each invoice that is overdue. If the original invoice is fully paid, but not the interest, the interest invoice(s) will still accrue interest and still are taken into consideration for service suspensions and debt collection.
Related services for a customer may be suspended when any invoice is overdue.
Related services for a customer may be terminated, and the owing amounts referred to debt collection, when any invoice is overdue.
