Residential pricing (only) includes GST. Fair use policy applies. All prices apart from FWA include a required $10/mo router rental. FWA router Speeds shown for Standard and Max are Industry National Peak Time Average Speeds from the Commerce Commission MBNZ Autumn 22 report. You may experience higher or lower speeds than these national averages. Services are not available in all locations. Factors such as the performance of your modem, location of the server you’re connected to, the performance of your device and your in-home Wi-Fi setup can impact the speeds experienced.
These plans are for businesses. Fibre plans include an improved SLA for faster repair times. Check your service availability here.
All business plans include a static IP. Fair use policy applies. Hyperfibre data plan is at an additional cost. Setup fee of one month's service applies. Fully carrier diverse internet available. Speeds shown for Max is the Industry National Peak Time Average Speed from the Commerce Commission MBNZ Autumn 22 report. You may experience higher or lower speeds than these national averages. As these are not available for SME 500 and Hyperfibre as yet, speeds shown are line speeds which are always higher than actual speeds. Services are not available in all locations.
